In addition to spending a few days together and sharing the joy of community life, the sisters also had the opportunity to get to know Goa better—its places, culture, and atmosphere.
They also deepened their understanding of leadership and the various traits of a good leader.
Three of our sisters (Sr Mary Honey, Sr. Kochu, Sr.Carmelita) share with us what they experienced during this time of encounter.

Called together by CLAR (Latin American Confederation of Religious) and sent by our Provinces, we had the opportunity to take part in the mission “Pilgrims of Hope: A Mission in Step with Migrants” in the Diocese of Apartadó, Colombia.
There, they joined a group of 54 religious women and men from 35 congregations and 15 countries across the continent.
Let’s listen to them — and don’t miss the full article on our website! (link in the bio)

😊 What Makes You Smile at Life? 😊 Sister Uye 😊 What Makes You Smile at Life? 😊
Sister Uyen shares that for her, friendship is the place where she can truly smile at life—by sharing what she’s living, feeling, and carrying.
In friendship, she finds space to open up, to laugh, to cry… and to smile again.
💬 And you?
Where is your space to be yourself—to laugh, to cry, and to rediscover joy in life?

🌟 How Can You Find Hope Again? 🌟 Niko Lignor 🌟 How Can You Find Hope Again? 🌟
Niko Lignore, a Jesuit scholastic in his first years of formation at Saint Louis University, shares how he found hope again by returning to what truly matters:
✨ Why do I do what I do?
For him, that meant asking: Why do I study? Why do I stretch myself so much with something so demanding?
Going back to the “why” helped him reconnect with purpose—and with hope.
🙏 And you—does this reflection help you find your way back to hope?

🌿 “You Are Not Alone” 🌿 This Sunday’s 🌿 “You Are Not Alone” 🌿

This Sunday’s Gospel remaci_esclavashe moment when Jesus said farewell to His disciples.
Imagine the scene—Jesus being taken up to heaven before their eyes.

They had already experienced the pain of losing Him, and the joy of encountering Him again over forty days. Now, as He departs once more, we might wonder: will they lose hope again, like Peter or the disciples on the road to Emmaus?

But this time, something is different.

The encounter with the Risen Christ has strengthened their faith and love. It has filled them with hope and moved them to embrace the call to be evangelizers for Christ.

Jesus’ message to the disciples—and to us—is clear:
✨ “You are not alone. An Advocate is coming to strengthen you and walk with you each day.” ✨

That promise gives us hope, doesn’t it?

Reflection:
💭 Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you wanted to give up?
💭 How did you move forward? Where did you find hope?
💭 Where do you recognize the work of the Holy Spirit in your life?

Adopting a simple lifestyle is not a sacrifice, it Adopting a simple lifestyle is not a sacrifice, it is about gaining freedom and connecting with what is important.

In Laudato Si’, Pope Francis invites us to embrace simplicity and to actively engage with our communities. Because caring for the Earth is not just an individual act — it’s a shared mission. 🤝
The ecological conversion our world needs begins at home, but it grows stronger when we come together: through education, dialogue, organization, and dreaming of a better future — together. ✨🌏
💭 And you?
What do you do everyday to take care of our planet?
Tell us in the comments, and let’s be an inspiration to everyone!

The ecological crisis does not affect everyone equ The ecological crisis does not affect everyone equally.
Those who suffer its consequences the most are often the ones who contributed the least to causing it—people living in polluted areas, those who depend directly on nature to survive, and those displaced by environmental degradation. 🌾🌪️
Laudato Si’ reminds us that everything is interconnected, and that integral ecology must go hand in hand with social justice.
We need an economy that puts people at the center, that provides dignified work, strengthens local and solidarity-based economies, and opens pathways toward an ecological transition through training, education, and hope. 🌱⚒️
💭 And you—when you go somewhere, does the situation improve?

On the tenth anniversary of Pope Francis’ encycl On the tenth anniversary of Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’, we take a moment to pause and reflect on the impact our actions have on the Earth.🌍

Creation speaks to us with beauty and harmony, but also bears deep wounds caused by human neglect, exploitation, and indifference.

The images we see today challenge us: what kind of mark are we leaving behind?
St. Francis of Assisi, through his Canticle of the Creatures, taught us to see every created being as a brother, a sister, an expression of God’s love.
Caring for our common home is not just an ecological responsibility—it is also an act of faith, of love, and of justice. 🤍
In times of ecological and social crisis, as Pope Francis said “not everything is lost.”
We are pilgrims of hope, called to transform reality through small daily gestures, conscious decisions, and a simpler, more compassionate way of living. 🌱
💭 Today, more than ever, let us ask ourselves with sincerity:
How should we act to heal our relationship with the Earth, with one another, and with God?
